Pre-construction Phase:
The pre-construction phase is a crucial stage where all the finer details are meticulously covered before commencing the actual construction. Construction Phase:

To maintain clarity between the client and builder, we recommend fortnightly site meetings to review these four key areas and ensure a seamless construction process.
Post-construction Phase:
At Vine Building Group, our relationship with our clients extends beyond project completion. The post-construction phase is characterized by our relational approach, ensuring that our clients are delighted to call their new dwelling home. This phase typically begins two weeks before project handover with a pre-handover site inspection, allowing us to address any minor issues before practical completion (PC). After achieving PC, we conduct one-month and six-month check-ups to ensure that everything continues to meet our clients’ expectations.
